Subject:- Selection of dental
surgeon.
Reference: - Notice dated 22-12-2009,
08-01-2010 and 09-02-2010.
Consequent upon rejection of the claim of adhoc Dental Surgeons for
relaxation of upper age limit as applicable to in-service candidates
vide Government Order No. 2524 - HME of 2009 dated 07-12-2009 read
with clarification provided vide communication No. HD(Gaz) Gen – 233
/ 2009 dated 29-01-2010, the selection of the following 17
(seventeen) candidates belonging to Open Merit Category who had
applied / appeared in the interview for the post of Dental Surgeons
in pursuance of Commission Notification No. 2 – PSC of 2008 dated
18-02-2008 is hereby notified:-

The Selection of the above
candidates is, however, purely provisional subject to the out come
of Writ petition titled Pawan Kumar and others Vs. PSC and Others
and also subject to the order dated 01-01-2010 in the said writ
petition and any other orders as may be passed by the Hon’ble High
Court on the subject.
The Selection is also subject to the outcome of any
other writ petition pending on the subject before any competent
court of Law.
58 posts shall remain unfilled for want of eligible
candidates / selection with held in the RBA / SLC category.
Notice :- So far selection of 263 candidates has been
released, cases of 4 candidates are under examination / pending
decision, and 54 posts are vacant due to non-availability of
eligible category candidates.
