Subject:- Non –
production of documents by Dr. Sharifa Aziz, a candidate for the post of Dental Surgeon in
Health and Medical Education Department.
Reference: - Notice dated 22-12-2009 and 08-01-2010.
Whereas,
the candidates as per the details given
in Notice Dated 22-12-2009, who had
applied for the post of Dental Surgeons in response to Notification No. 02-PSC
of 2008 dated 18-02-2008, and were found deficient in respect of various
documents as indicated against each, were, in their own interest, advised to
produce the same in original along-with attested photocopies within three days
positively in person before the Secretary, J&K Public Service Commission, Pragati Bhavan, Railhead Complex,
Jammu during the office hours, and;
Whereas,
subsequently vide Notice dated 08-01-2010 some of the candidates who had not
produced the certificates within the stipulated time were in their own interest
advised to produce the same latest by January 20, 2010, failing which their claim for selection if any for the said
post was liable to be cancelled without any further notice, and;
Whereas,
one Dr. Sharifa Aziz who was also advised to produce
SLC certificate before the Commission, failed to do so, and;
Whereas, the matter has been examined by the
Commission and it has been decided that in view of non – production of any
documentary evidence of belonging to the above Category, Dr. Sharifa Aziz does not have any claim for selection under
the said category. Moreover, she does not find place in the open Merit category
also in view of her merit position being below the merit of the last candidate
selected for the post under open merit category.
Now,
therefore, it is hereby notified that Dr. Sharifa Azia D/O Abdul Aziz R/O Petrol Pump, Upper Soura Srinagar, C/O Dr. Muzaffer
Dental Clinic does not have any claim for selection for the post of Dental
Surgeon.
